Training

You can train for our session. This will allow us to spend more time on optimising the shots. If you have no time to train we can train at the beginning of our session.

diving

train with a full dive mask first, switch to without mask later

submerge without creating surface ripples

push off and glide without kicking

breath through your nose to prevent water from entering your nose

try turning around on your back

move slowly and gracefully

all limbs should show on the picture, try spreading out

long hair: try moving your head around to create motion of hair

 

Sitting

breath out and sink to bottom.

make slow and elegant moves

try looking up to the surface, slowly exhaling through your nose to prevent water from entering

it will be easier with the weights provided at the shoot

breathing

you can train to hold your breath for longer periods

just relax on your couch and hold your breath for longer periods. you can do this on the MTR too

take breaks in between
